Thomas Albert McLeland, called T. A. jr. by family and friends was the only one of Thomas and Caroline’s children to remain in Iola, Kansas where he had a long career at the City Power Plant. T. A. jr. married Genevieve Walker and they had two lovely daughters Lucille and Winifred. T. A. jr. died just a few years before his older brother James R. McLeland.
