Lindamira and her brother Thomas Asher appear to have been close. They moved to Kansas about the same time and visited occasionally despite putting down roots in different part of the state. Thomas’ son James Riland McLeland bought William Winslow’s dental practice in Pleasanton Kansas some time between 1894 and 1900. Eventually the Winslows and the T. A. McLelands resided near each other in Kansas City, Kansas until William Winslow’s death in 1900.
